The quick chiller KP 82 are "multifunctional" cabinets. Sophisticated electronic controls offer the choice of six different functions: Refrigeration, freezing, quick chill, quick freeze, controlled rapid thawing and dry cooling. Equipped with right hand hinged reversible door with lock, automatic door closing, pedal door opener, 5 stainless shelves and rapid thaw. Chilling KP 82 with ISO-packs: 25 mm 18 kg, from +70°C to +3°C in 90 min. Product thawing KP 82 with ISO-packs: 50 mm 30 kg, from -18°C to +7°C in 12 hours Please note these products should not be used for processess that require blast chilling or freezing.
