The quick chiller KP 60 are "multifunctional" cabinets. Sophisticated electronic controls offer the choice of six different functions: Refrigeration, freezing, quick chill, quick freeze, controlled thawing and dry cooling. Equipped with right hand hinged reversible door with lock, automatic door closing, pedal door opener, 5 stainless shelves. Smooth surfaces and watertight connections guarantee quick and easy cleaning, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Chilling KP 60 with ISO-packs: 25 mm 13 kg, from +70°C to +3°C in 90 min. Product thawing KP 60 with ISO-packs: 50 mm 22 kg, from -18°C to +7°C in 12 hours. Please note these products should not be used for processess that require blast chilling or freezing
